BUSINESS ACTIVITY: The company services are: commercial general construction (15.5%), remodels (28.3%), service (35.1%), preventative maintenance (19.0%), emergency, and disasters (2.1%); another division performs commercial plumbing projects and service; complimented by a third division involved in residential and commercial heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and cooking equipment. HISTORY: The company began in March of 2003 as a small construction and maintenance company with three employees. SALES & EARNINGS: Sales for 2016 were $14,119,009. Sales for the first nine months of 2017 were $11,135,092. Projected sales for 2018, based on current account base and contracts is $21,940,000.

MARKETING STRATEGY: The company markets its services to regional and national clients with ongoing needs. Major focus is: retail, food service, and hospitality with construction and maintenance needs. A focus has been placed on the maintenance market, because it is somewhat economic downturn neutral with higher margins. To enhance this growth, the company has a staff of two full time sales people, with employees in Dallas, Houston, Austin, and South Texas. There is also company contract labor to cover preventative maintenance services for every state in the U.S. and Canada.

DAYS AND HOURS: The office personnel work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the office and warehouse. The dispatch staff and field personnel are on call seven days per week and 24 hours per day as dictated by the client?s needs.

EMPLOYEES: The company has 65 total employees, including the two owners; along with 11 contract workers. There is an experienced manager over each division of the company.

FACILITIES: Another corporation owned by the sellers owns the building and leases it to the business. The building has 7,100 square feet of space. Rent will be $14,200 per month. The real estate can be included in the sale if a buyer so desires. The market value of the building is $2,000,000.

REASON FOR SALE: The owners are aware a transition period is very important in this type of business. A logical answer to, ?Why sell now?? The timing is right to sell. The organization is positioned for growth based upon the respective local, state, and national economy; their client mix; services offered; and the current staff.
