Unlike most mail/parcel centers, the business offers custom packing and crating, including a large inventory of custom packing/crating materials with both air compressor powered and hand tools, enabling an owner to provide a full range of custom boxing, palletizing and crating options.

The business is located in a busy shopping center in Fort Worth with several major anchor national chain stores. This popular and busy shopping center has easy access, ample parking and, most importantly, is located at a high traffic intersection with 30,000+ cars passing daily.

Purchase Price: The asking price for the assets of the business is $485,000 with $100,000 CASH down payment and balance financed as an SBA7(a) loan.
