With an former-Alaska Airlines employee now in charge of customer experience at Premera Blue Cross, the Mountlake Terrace-based health insurer hopes to follow the airlines' award-laden path and use his skill to become a "customer obsessed" health plan.
Premera created Kopf's role as vice president of customer experience and hired him last summer. He had worked most recently for Alaska rebuilding its website and mobile apps to better focus on the customer experience and what customers really wanted.?
