The company can sweep inside or out, large or small areas. They have a) large commercial street sweepers for heavy dirt inside on slab or outside on pavement, b) air sweepers for water removal from slab, c) floor scrubbers for white glove finish clean on slab, and d) water cannon service to prepare pavement for paint striping.

The Company's 4 well trained and long tenure employees run all day-to-day operations. The owner's role is mostly phone work and relates to scheduling and estimating. The owner occasionally assists with scheduled operations work when needed (estimated at 5x per month). The owner takes 7 to 14 vacation days monthly and averages ~20 hours per week. This can be eliminated by adding an employee and growing-offsetting with increased sales.
