We listed this established electrical contracting business for sale during one of the biggest labor shortages in the area. It was owned by multiple family members and with a great reputation.
The owners wished to retire. We had several buyer/seller meetings and made it several steps to almost closing, but the labor shortage was a concern. This can be exhausting for sellers, but we remain diligent in our role.
We did bring a buyer to closing by carefully listening to and addressing their concerns, which were sometimes solved with a clarification. The sellers are all now happily retired.
